Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Legal Analyst, Digital, AI & Contracts to support the company's AI enablement and digital transformation initiatives. This role serves as a key operational and analytical partner to Digital & AI Legal, Privacy, Enterprise AI, IT, Cybersecurity, Quality, and business stakeholders to help establish scalable governance processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable responsible adoption of AI and other emerging technologies.





The successful candidate will be a highly organized and technology-curious professional with experience in digital technology, AI, privacy, contracts, compliance, legal operations, or related business processes. The individual will use solid analytical, coordination, and process-improvement skills to support governance activities, improve legal workflows, and help the organization adopt AI and other emerging technologies responsibly. Prior AI-governance or automation experience is helpful but not required; the successful candidate should be interested in developing these capabilities.

This role plays an important part in enabling responsible innovation, enabling responsible AI adoption, modernizing legal workflows through technology and automation.
