Job Purpose
- To lead Domestic Sales of copper Tubes to the secondary market, support for generating sales and revenue in line with the business plan.
- To manage the third-party brand requirements like packaging, supplies, inventories etc.
- Plan and execute Copper tube sales in secondary market and co-ordinate sales administration with the objective of meeting the targets of EBIDTA, Working Capital and Cash Flow.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers by meeting their expectations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and building their loyalty with optimum utilization of resources and cost-efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to enhance the company's brand and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain consistency of supplies to the customers and ensuring the best service levels to be maintained.
- To consistently work towards maintaining healthy market share and NPS.
- Keep the team updated on customer expectations, competitor analysis, and Market Intelligence so that timely action can be taken.




- To Coordinate with cross functional departments for credible and reliable customer experience
- To consistently look out for the opportunities to simplify the sales process.

- Copper tube sales in domestic secondary market (~2000 MT per annum)
- Achieve Domestic Mark up of ~1100 USD/MT. The above mark ups are slightly higher than prevailing prices in India.
- Implement strategies for sales growth and maintain healthy market share
- Market Penetration and Customer acquisition & Retention
- Expand the company’s market presence by penetrating recent customer segments and geographic areas.
- Develop and implement plans to increase the company's share of wallet within dealers.
- Increase the customer base by acquiring new clients and accounts.
- Implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and increase customer loy
