Job Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities as outlined in the job summary include executing core functions of the Senior Associate role, contributing to team objectives, maintaining quality standards, and supporting client service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's in commerce
- Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA
- Non-qualified: 3+ years of relevant experience
- CA qualified + 1-year relevant experience, ACCA/CPA qualified + 2 years relevant experience
- Strong technical skills in accounting including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS




- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients and the United States based engagement teams.
- Primarily serve clients that require a review or compilation of their financial statements as well as clients that require an audit of their employee benefit plans.
- Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the review of all required financial statements, related disclosures and other client deliverables
- Develop an understanding of the client's business, and become an industry specialist to understand client specific needs
- Understand and utilize RSM's audit, review and compilation methodologies
- Function as in-charge facilitating client work by monitoring and reporting regarding productivity and adherence to work
