HUGE VACANCIES IN INTERNATIONAL BPO FOR INBOUND TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROCESS
Job Profile: Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
Candidate Profile:
Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
Must know how to close their own calls.
Must have positive convincing and sales skills.
Salary:Rs.12,000-20000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives
Shift : 8:30pm-6:30am
Working Days: 6 days(rotational Off 1 day)
Kindly Note: NO FRESHERS AND DOMESTIC BPO EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ARE APPLICABLE
