Job Purpose
The GB05 will align with Operational training growth goals, conduct needs assessments, and ensure impactful program delivery. This role involves regular stakeholder communication, leveraging data analytics for effectiveness evaluation, and assisting in budget allocation. The manager will standardize L&D; processes, support recruitment efforts, and foster team engagement through upskilling and performance reviews. This position aims to drive meaningful learning experiences that contribute to organizational success.Duties and Responsibilities
Major Activities carried out by the role

1. Conceptual Activities
• Strategic Contribution: Assist in aligning Learning & Development (L&D;) plans with annual business goals, ensuring that training initiatives support organizational objectives. Standardization Efforts: Assist in the development of policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize L&D; processes for efficiency. Need Identification Assessment: Collect and document training needs across departments to ensure L&D; initiatives are relevant and impactful.

Review Activities
• Program Oversight: Track the execution of L&D; programs to ensure compliance with established policies, making necessary adjustments to overcome challenges and obstacles. Guidance & Review: Regularly review and guide team members' performance to enhance the effectiveness of learning delivery.
• Analytical Evaluation: Leverage data analytics to assess the impact of L&D; initiatives, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

3. Tasks Activities
• Facilitation of Learning: Organize and facilitate learning sessions to consistently upskill the company employees at the business side, L&D; team within, promoting career development.
• Collaboration Encouragement: Foster an environment of active collaboration and involvement within the L&D; team to enhance team dynamics.
