Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused
professionals for an E-commerce Seller Support Process in Pune.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing
effective support and assistance to sellers/customers, resolving queries, and
ensuring a positive service experience.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills
and relevant experience in E-commerce Seller Support, Customer Service, or
International Customer Support, depending on their professional background.

This position is strictly open to local candidates
residing in Pune.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle
seller/customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver
professional and effective customer support through the assigned
communication channels.
- Understand
customer or seller concerns and resolve queries within the defined process
guidelines.
- Maintain
a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle
escalations professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions and case details.
- Follow
process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate
with relevant internal teams whenever required for issue resolution.
- Meet
assigned performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
targets.
