The SL SPM is responsible to perform SPM tasks related to his/her/their assigned Cytiva operating companies, business units and sites with focus on continuously improving the performance of key suppliers in-line with Cytiva’s and its customers’ requirements. The individual is the subject matter expert for supplier performance improvement projects through the application of data-driven methods with emphasis on Lean, DBS @ Supplier and select Cytiva sourcing tools. The SL SPM holds the responsibility of identifying supplier candidates for performance improvement projects jointly with the sourcing leaders at the assigned sites, BU(s) or operating companies. Once identified, the SL SPM prepares, facilitates and drives supplier projects to conclusion which includes the coordination of cross-functional Cytiva resources required to enable the supplier to reach and sustain the targete
