DB Benefits Administrator
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for operational tasks associated with defined benefit plans in accordance with plan provisions and established procedures. The role supports pension data, payment, and payroll administration, with a specific focus on reviewing pension payment-related tasks, creating pension payments across multiple trust sites,



and responding to call center questions related to pension payments. The Administrator is expected to maintain a high level of accuracy when handling pension payment and participant data and to pursue continued qualified education, including taking and passing applicable skilled examinations.

What You Will Do
- Review and organize plan and participant documents to support efficient information retrieval.
- Perform assigned data-processing activities related to defined benefit plan administration.
- Process participant records, payroll information, pension data, data queries, and plan-related documentation.
- Use applicable benefits administration systems to process participant requests within established service-level standards.
- Review pension payment-related tasks for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures.
- Create and process pension payments across multiple trust sites.
- Research and provide accurate responses
