Description
As an Assistant Manager in the Training department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Popeyes' store operations. Your primary focus will be on implementing and executing training initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of both new and existing employees. Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions and on-the-job certifications for new hires and existing employees, covering all necessary operational and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update training materials, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with the company's goals.
- Track and monitor the training progress of employees, providing regular feedback and support to ensure their development.
- Conduct regular audits of store training health,



identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Work closely with store managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance store performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating new ideas into the training curriculum.
- Ensure compliance with all training-related regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their qualified growth.
