Job Description

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of J.S. Held’s enterprise applications by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies. This role plays a key part in reducing operational risk, improving user experience,



and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions across integrated systems.
As an early member of J.S. Held’s growing hub in Delhi, India, this individual will join a newly expanding team and have the unique opportunity to help shape quality assurance practices, contribute to operational excellence, and support the development of a high-performing regional presence. Working alongside other new hires, this role will play an important part in establishing processes, fostering collaboration, and building a strong foundation for the hub’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute QA strategies for enterprise applications and integrations
- Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned to business requirements
- Partner with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure adequate test coverage
