Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Design Head with strong expertise in Mechanical Power Press Machines (100T to 1000T capacity). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and standardizing press machines including C-frame, H-frame, and straight-side presses.
This role demands deep technical expertise in press mechanics,
structural design, crankshaft systems, clutch & brake mechanisms, and heavy machinery design.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mechanical Power Press Design & Development
- Lead end-to-end design of 100T–1000T mechanical power press machines.
- Design components including:
- C-frame, H-frame & straight-side press structures
- Crankshaft & eccentric shaft mechanisms
- Gear train & flywheel systems
- Clutch & brake assemblies (pneumatic/mechanical)
- Slide/ram design & guiding systems
- Bed & bolster plate design
- Perform tonnage calculations and load distribution analysis.
- Conduct frame stress, deflection, agile balancing, and vibration analysis.
- Select and integrate lubrication systems.
