Job Overview:

Looking for proactive and enthusiastic HR Freshers who are eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.



The role begins with a 3-month full-time internship with no monthly stipend, followed by a 6-month paid internship based on performance and suitability. Upon successful completion of the 9-month internship period, high-performing candidates will have the prospect for permanent employment with Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd.

They will assist in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, HR operations, and employee engagement while learning end-to-end HR processes in our fast-growing organisation with the vision of social empowerment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate Relations:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Assist in employee onboarding
- Handle and resolve candidate queries

College Relations:
- Assist in intern hiring through Colleges
- Assist in the Industry Academia Collaborations

Partner Relations:

Maintaining relations with new and existing partners
