Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- To provide accurate and timely support, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings, processes, and systems.
- Document customer interactions, transactions,



and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
