Requirements
We are seeking an experienced UltiPro (UKG Pro) Payroll Senior Consultant with robust expertise in US Payroll configuration and support (UK Payroll experience preferred). The ideal candidate will manage payroll system configuration, support enhancements, testing activities, and stakeholder communication while ensuring stable payroll operations and compliance with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Support & Configuration
- Provide day-to-day functional support for UltiPro / UKG Pro Payroll systems.
- Perform configuration changes, enhancements, and impact analysis.
- Support payroll processing including year-end payroll activities.
- Ensure system stability through testing of upgrades, patches, and changes.
System Enhancements & Releases
- Review UltiPro releases, patches, and updates.
- Communicate system changes and impact to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update configuration workbooks and documentation.
