Job Description

Responsible for the submission and trafficking of WBHEG content to BBFC and IFCO across both physical and digital
UK point person for International/Local Acquisitions and local productions
Manage timelines, creation, data input and management of WBHEG BoM process across physical releases
Responsible for providing full administrative support while managing daily operations of the Executive Vice President, including trafficking correspondences and maintaining the flow of meetings




Advise on schedule changes and meetings while remaining mindful of both corporate and production deadlines
Prepare, submit and track T&E;'s
Prepare, edit, and/or distribute meeting agendas, memos, correspondences and presentations
Manage creative files on Media Silo
Assist in awards submissions throughout the year
Prepare visual aids for presentations
