Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Consultant – Presales (Consulting Practices) to work closely with the sales and delivery teams in designing technology solutions that align with customer business objectives. The role involves understanding customer requirements, conducting technical discussions, preparing solution proposals, delivering presentations, participating in solution architecture, and supporting the complete presales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities




- Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and IT infrastructure.
- Conduct customer meetings, requirement-gathering workshops, and technical discovery sessions.
- Design end-to-end technology solutions across Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Data Center, Digital Workplace, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Virtualization, and Managed Services.
- Prepare technical solution documents, architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM), Statements of Work (SOW), and commercial support.
- Develop compelling technical proposals and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution workshops.
- Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners for solution validation and pricing.
- Support the sales team during customer presentations, negotiations, and technical discussions.
