Overview of the Role:
The Relationship Manager (RM) at TresVista is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This role involves strategic oversight, managing client interactions, and providing deeper domain expertise on deliverables. The RM reports directly to the Client Growth Team (CGT) Leader.
Key Role Deliverables:
§ Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
§ Strategic Oversight:
Provide strategic oversight on deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations
§ Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction
§ Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
§ Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback from clients and incorporate it into client-specific training manuals and processes to continuously improve service quality
§ Team Direction: Provide direction to the various TresVista delivery teams assigned to the client, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
§ Strategic Contributions: Lead or join special commercial projects, provide training, and contribute insights to specific initiatives
