- Ensuring effective internal control system at Plants
- Enabling Business Process improvement for effective financial accounting
- Ensure compliance with the Policies and guidelines.
- Interpret Complex Financial Information and provide updates and information as needed.
- Supervise and guide team for day to day operations.
Receivable Management
- Ensure monitoring of receivables
- Ensure Export bill discounting for all eligible customers.
- Ensuring Credit hold process for domestic receivables in the business
Fixed Assets Management
- Monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets.
- Ensuring pre-facto time and cost overrun approval.
- Monitoring Monthly Capex spent into various running Capexs and controlling cost and time overrun
Audit Management
- Ensure smooth conduct of Statutory, Internal Audit & tax audit.
- Ensure to compliance of CSA/Accounting calendar.
- Mitigation of adverse audit findings.
Banking and Insurance
- Liaising with Insurance agency for timely settlement of Insurance claims.
- Coordinating with Banks for Imports payments, Issuance of Letter of Credit
- Ensure to submit the BOE details to bank upon delivery of imported material
- Ensure the adequacy of the assets insurance coverage
Risk Management
- Collection of information regarding Risk monitoring parameters
- Identify current Risks in the business
- Monitor mitigation steps on identified Risks
Taxation Matters, Compliance Management for Site like GST, other statutory
- Ensure timely compliance to GST matters other allied laws applicable for site, as identified in audit findings.
- Submission of GST data for GSTR purpose
- Responding to queries related to Tax matters.
Working capital Management
- Monitor Current liabilities for the business.
- Develop systems and process for minimizing Supplier advances and regular monitoring thereof.
- Monitor Inventory under NPA and minimized the same
