Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Software Engineer to drive the architectural evolution, security posture, and engineering execution of our core platform. In this role, you will lead the design of scalable microservices, integrate enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks, drive automated delivery pipelines, and champion cutting-edge AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Core Engineering: Design, build,



and maintain scalable, highly available microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, and TypeScript via gRPC and the ABP framework.

Privileged Access Management (PAM): Design and deploy enterprise-grade Privileged Access Management (PAM)/IDAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault), enforcing Zero Trust principles, Least Privilege access, and SCIM protocol integrations.

Delivery & Test Engineering: Own end-to-end continuous delivery using Origin CI, Kargo, and WoK. Ensure platform resilience by implementing unit, functional, and Playwright E2E suites alongside Performance, Scalability, and Reliability (PSR) testing.

AI Adoption & Technical Leadership: Champion the BMAD framework to establish governance and structure for AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot). Mentor engineers, conduct RFC reviews, and build shared team skill libraries.
