Role Overview

We are looking for a robust Software Development Engineer 2 – Backend with excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on experience building scalable, production-grade backend systems.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Go, Python, or similar backend technologies, along with experience working on system design, APIs, databases, and technically challenging product problems.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

Build reliable and high-performance production systems

Work extensively with Go, Python, or similar backend technologies

Own backend features and services from design to deployment

Participate in system design and architecture discussions

Solve complex engineering and product problems

Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability

Debug and resolve complex production issues

Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other engineering teams

Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Mentor and guide junior engineers where required

Must-Have Requirements

2–4 years of software development experience

Strong hands-on experience in backend engineering

Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or a similar programming language

Excellent problem-solving and coding skills

Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

Good understanding of system design and backend architecture
