We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) with 2–8 years of experience to manage technical relationships with clients and ensure successful implementation, integration, adoption, and ongoing performance of technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to chatbot technologies, API testing, troubleshooting, integrations, and customer-facing technical support.
The role requires someone who can understand customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, coordinate with internal engineering and product teams, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their business requirements and technical challenges.




- Drive customer onboarding, implementation, integration, testing, and adoption of products and solutions.
- Work closely with customers to configure, deploy, monitor, and optimize chatbot and conversational AI solutions.
- Understand chatbot workflows, intents, entities, conversation flows, integrations, fallback mechanisms, and response accuracy.
- Perform and coordinate API testing for REST APIs and other service integrations using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
- Validate API requests, responses, authentication, status codes, payloads, headers, error handling, and integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot API, chatbot, integration, configuration, and application-level issues and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution.
- Analyze logs, error messages, API responses, and system behavior to identify potential root causes.
