About the Team and the Role
The CI Relations team at Ather is responsible for identifying, managing, and scaling our charging infrastructure footprint through strategic partnerships and host relationships. This team ensures that the Ather Grid is accessible, reliable, and well-integrated across various geographies to support our growing community of users.
This role is for a Charging Infrastructure Business Development Executive who will take complete ownership of an assigned territory to drive the expansion of public charging locations. You will be at the forefront of Ather’s infrastructure growth, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of host onboarding, relationship management, and operational excellence to ensure a seamless charging experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage relationships with potential partners, hosts, and local brand alliances to increase the CI footprint within the assigned geography.




- Onboard hosts for GRID points through extensive intra-city and inter-city travel, successfully closing deals and managing the sales pipeline.
- Execute operational and relationship management with hosts, alliance partners, and local government bodies to ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive and track SLAs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis while monitoring all channels for charging Voice of Customer (VOC) to maintain positive user sentiment.
- Ensure timely reimbursement of payments to hosts and manage all necessary legal documentation and process implementation for each installation.
- Collaborate with the CI Admin Executive and CI Operations team to coordinate audits, installations, bug resolutions, and financial processing.
- Engage cross-functionally with legal, finance, marketing, and process teams to ensure streamlined business operations.
