Key Roles &Responsibilities;
- MonthlyCalculation & payment ofMotor Insurancecommission.
- Close coordination with stake holders to understand queries and ensure closure within TAT
- Preparation of daily MIS & Query reports
- Maintainingmultiple data masters used for payout calculations
- Handling total policy level payment reconciliations
- Maintainingpayment reports monthly, quarterly & Yearly of all channels with proper remarks

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- Graduate / MBA from reputed institution
- Experience in working on R / SAS
- Advanced excel, VBA & Macros

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;
- Candidate should haveexperienceof5+ years in a commissioncomputation &automationprocess;
- Shouldbe aware of general insurance products. Experience in Motor Insurance is highly desired
- Candidate should haveanalytical approach to understand problem areas and develop updated reports to reduce & track query volume
