About the role
The Hybrid Infrastructure Architect & Governance Lead provides strategic leadership, governance, architecture, and Level 3 / Level 4 technical support across the organization's hybrid infrastructure landscape, including Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), VMware, and on-premises datacenter environments.
The role ensures that cloud and on-premises infrastructure are secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective while driving governance, architecture, cloud financial management (FinOps), security, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.



The position works closely with Infrastructure & Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Application teams, and managed service providers to define technology standards, oversee solution architecture, optimize operational performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities :
- Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure governance, architecture standards, policies, and best practices across Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), VMware, and on-premises environments.
- Design and approve secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions for new and existing workloads.
- Establish and govern Azure Landing Zones, management groups, subscriptions, Azure Policy, RBAC, and enterprise cloud operating standards.
- Develop OCI governance frameworks and review architecture designs across networking, compute, storage, IAM, security, high availability, and disaster recover
