About the Company
DreamGreen Technologies (DG) is a Pune-based startup focused on developing innovative solutions in the green energy and renewable domain. DG is currently exploring a Joint Venture with a European company in the water treatment sector, and this role will be a key leadership position in the newly formed entity.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales will be responsible for launching, establishing, and scaling the new JV’s water treatment business in India. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical understanding,



strategic thinking, and direct sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce the JV entity and its water treatment products/solutions into the Indian market
- Develop and execute market entry, growth, and establishment strategies
- Identify and map key stakeholders, organizations, and decision-makers
- Lead sales and business development activities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive product and solution development by engaging with customers to understand requirements and customize offerings
- Collaborate closely with internal and JV partner teams to align strategy and execution

Location & Travel
- Base location: Pune
- In office work required
- Travel to customer locations as needed

Compensation
- Compensation as per industry standards for new entities
- Mix of fixed salary and stock options / equity
