Position Overview:
As the Marketing person, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive
marketing strategies for our esports and live entertainment events. You will work closely with
the Marketing Managers to ensure the successful implementation of 360-degree marketing
campaigns, integrating online and offline channels to maximize reach, engagement, and
audience loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
● Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute
end-to-end marketing campaigns for esports tournaments and live
entertainment events to drive attendance & engagement
● Ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing channels, including
digital advertising, social media, OOH & Print, influencer partnerships, email
marketing, PR, event & experiential marketing.
Brand Promotion:
● Contribute to the development and maintenance of a solid and consistent
brand image across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
● Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition within the
esports and entertainment communities.
Content Creation and Curation:
● Work closely with the content team to create compelling and shareable content
that resonates with our target audience.
● Curate user-generated content and leverage fan engagement to enhance the
overall brand narrative.
Partnership Management:
● Collaborate with sponsors, influencers, and other strategic partners to amplify
marketing efforts and reach new audiences.
● Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with
brand objectives.
