We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 3–10 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Paid Media Advertising, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing, with a proven ability to drive customer acquisition, improve campaign efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The candidate will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, revenue targets, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage,



and optimize paid media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Own end-to-end performance marketing activities, including campaign planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and allocate spends across channels based on performance and business priorities.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve performance.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
