looking for a Sales Manager to join our exciting and rapid-growing business. You

WHAT
YOU WILL DO

Reporting
to the Director of Sales (DOS), the Sales Manager is based at the Oakwood
Worldwide (Asia) Corporate office and is accountable for the following:

Develop
sales strategies to align client segmentation, competitor analysis and
corporate Oakwood strategies in the Asia Pacific region

·




Communicate
and review the Sales Team’s performance metrics against key performance indicators

·
Negotiate
business optimum rates to maximize sales revenue

·
Develop
and manage new and existing sales channels and sales leads in the Asia Pacific
region

·
Participate
in relevant industry events for networking and sales lead generation

·
Develop consultative
selling techniques to identify client’s needs in the Asia Pacific region

·
Prepare
and present sales proposals to customers and lead follow-up with customers to
close sales

·
Conduct
negotiation of sales agreement with the required stakeholders and customers

·
Develop
actions for client’s requests that deviate from signed sales agreements in the
Asia Pacific Region

·
Follow-up
with key accounts ensuring initiatives and strategic plans are executed per
plan

·
Provide
the best customer experience for both customers and associates fro
