This is what two of our new female colleagues from our production team says about their first time at Saab India:
"My onboarding experience has been very positive. From day one, I have felt welcomed, supported, and included. The work environment is safe, respectful, and built on equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of gender or background.
As a woman, I feel genuinely valued and fully integrated into the team.
