This role offers the prospect to combine commercial strategy with meaningful digital inclusion initiatives across India and Africa.
You will work with a diverse portfolio of partners to accelerate women's adoption and use of the internet, with a particular focus on smartphone ownership and digital access.
The position blends strategic advisory work, market analysis, project delivery, and senior stakeholder engagement.
You will help partners identify market opportunities, develop scalable propositions, and translate insights into practical interventions with measurable commercial and social outcomes.
You will also contribute to knowledge sharing across the broader digital inclusion ecosystem through research, case studies, workshops, events, and thought leadership.
The role operates in a fast-paced, international environment where collaboration with businesses, governments, donors,



mobile operators, and ecosystem organizations is central to success.

Accountabilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of partners across India and Africa working to increase women's adoption and use of the internet, particularly through greater smartphone ownership and usage.
- Provide strategic advisory and technical assistance to partner organizations, helping them develop and scale impactful in-country interventions.
- Manage the effective contracting, coordination, and delivery of technical assistance packages and advisory engagements.
- Analyze markets, business models, data, and emerging opportunities to identify interventions that can generate both commercial value and social impact.
