About the role:
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra / Function: HR
Reports to: Senior Manager - Unit HR
Role Purpose:
Manage key IR/ER, statutory compliance, employee welfare, training and engagement activities while partnering with the business to maintain a positive and productive employee setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Industrial Relations & Employee Relations, including union engagement, grievances, disciplinary cases and workmen issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, registers, returns, audits and inspections.
- Should be qualified/eligible for Welfare Officer role as per applicable Maharashtra factory requirements.
