The Associate –(Corporate Actions) is responsible for independently processing and accounting for corporate action events across assigned markets and funds. The role requires a strong understanding of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, accurate interpretation of announcements, timely processing, and strict adherence to risk and control standards.

What you will be responsible for:
As Associate you will:

· Independently process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions such as dividends, splits, mergers, rights, tenders, and redemptions in line with market practices and internal guidelines
· Interpret corporate action announcements received from vendors, custodians, and issuers and determine the correct processing and accounting treatment
· Ensure timely and accurate posting of corporate action events in accounting and Gold Copy systems
· Reconcile positions, cash, and entitlements and investigate and resolve breaks within agreed SLAs




· Monitor the complete lifecycle of events from announcement through payment and closure
· Coordinate with Custody, Fund Accounting, Client Service, and Technology teams to resolve event-related issues
· Respond to client and internal queries related to corporate action processing and financial impacts
