JD - Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Administrator / Engineer

* Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
* Create and configure Host Pools, Application Groups, and Workspaces.
* Perform monthly Windows patching and application updates.
* Monitor AVD health, performance, and user sessions daily.
* Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL queries for monitoring and troubleshooting.
* Troubleshoot AVD launch, performance, black screen, login, and disconnection issues.
* Configure and support FSLogix Profile Containers.
* Provide remote support to end users and resolve technical issues.
* Coordinate with users, application teams, and other infrastructure teams.




* Provide regular customer updates and incident status reports.
* Work with Microsoft Support on escalated incidents and support tickets.

Required Skills

* knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture.
* Hands-on experience or knowledge with Azure Compute, Networking, Storage, and Entra ID.
* Knowledge on Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL.
* Knowledge of Windows 11 Multi-session environments and troubleshooting skills.
* Basic Knowledge on Windows active directory , Group policies
* Basic understanding of Azure pricing and cost optimization.
* Basic PowerShell scripting and automation knowledge.
* Solid troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills.
