As Sales Operations Specialist, you own that motion end to end: find and verify the leads, build the automated campaigns that reach them, write the outreach that names their pain before it names our capability, and report on what's working with numbers the sales team can act on. You keep the CRM honest and the pipeline moving.

What you will do?
- Use services such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, and ContactOut to find and verify potential leads' emails and phone numbers.
- Run automation through HubSpot and Instantly for email, voicemail, and SMS campaigns configured, launched, and maintained by you.
- Craft compelling, personalized email, SMS, and voicemail scripts using ChatGPT.
- Launch, monitor, and analyze the performance of email, SMS, and voicemail campaigns and act on what the numbers say.
- Contribute to digital lead generation strategies and execute plans to capture and nurture leads.
- Keep CRM systems accurate and current: contact information, activity records, no drift.
- Generate and present reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and other sales operations data.
