Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain our manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating engineering specifications into machine instructions, ensuring high-quality output, and meeting daily production targets while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Programming: Prepare CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) by entering instructions, zero/reference points, and ensuring the correct tools are installed.




- Material Management: Safely load raw materials into the machine and align them correctly for precise cuts.
- Operation & Monitoring: Oversee the machining process, monitoring feeds and speeds to prevent defects or tool breakage.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify they meet exact tolerances.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance. Identify malfunctions and troubleshoot errors to minimize downtime.
