We are looking for an SAP qualified to join our team As an SAP professional you should have the ability to analyze technical/functional needs and work with the customers to create/ define the project scope and the execution plans.

Working on multiple customers concurrently will have an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of
Recruiting processes
- Experience with two or
more SuccessFactors Recruiting Implementation and/or Support projects




- Solid understanding of
data flow and associations within the Recruiting process steps from Req
creation/posting to hire
- Deep experience with
all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations associated with Job Requisitions,
Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Applicant Statuses and Employee
Central to Recruiting integrations
- Experience with Ad hoc
reporting
- Strong MS Excel skills

Requirements

Professional Requirement:
- 4-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding along with Global Certification
