Job Description:

A Foreman (E&M;), which stands for Electrical and Mechanical, is a supervisory role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of skilled tradespeople in electrical and mechanical fields. This includes tasks like installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment and systems. The Foreman ensures work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, often managing teams and resources.

Key Responsibilities of a Foreman (E&M;):

Supervision and Coordination:

Leading and guiding a team of skilled workers (electricians, mechanics, technicians, etc.) in their daily tasks.

Work Scheduling and Resource Management:

Planning and organizing work schedules, allocating resources (tools, materials, equipment), and ensuring efficient workflow.

Safety Compliance:

Enforcing safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a protected working environment for all team members.
