Job Opportunity & Key Responsibilities

you will have the chance to apply your skills to support and continuously improve Air Import Operations, making a direct impact on operational efficiency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and the sustainable growth of the Company’s local activities.
The work schedule will be as per US shift time (shift time 6 PM to 3 AM IST), for a total of 9 hours including a 1-hour break.

As an Air Import Operations Specialist, you will:
- Manage day-to-day operations including customer inquiries, order processing, shipment tracking, and issue resolution, while ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers.
- Coordinate with overseas offices/agents, vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement, approvals, and seamless workflow.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all required shipping documentation (Manifests, Delivery Orders, billing records, and related paperwork) with complete accuracy and compl
