The Global Payroll team plays a vital role in supporting Regeneron's global workforce by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations. We are seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support U.S. payroll operations, collaborate with global collaborators, and contribute to delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and service excellence.

As a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst, you will:
- Support the accurate and timely processing of U.S. payroll by validating, reviewing,



and maintaining employee payroll data.
- Process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other payroll transactions in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Review payroll results, perform reconciliations, and implement audit controls to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and business collaborators to resolve payroll inquiries and maintain employee data integrity.
- Support payroll tax administration and multi-state payroll requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities.
- Participate in payroll system testing, enhancements, and projects involving Workday, Oracle Time & Labor, and related payroll applications.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and operational excellence across payroll services.
