We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with 8–15 years of experience to design, develop, customize, and support robust CRM solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C# / ASP.NET, and Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps, along with experience working on enterprise-grade CRM implementations and integrations.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and engineering teams to understand requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and deliver high-quality CRM applications that improve business processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications based on business and functional requirements.
- Develop custom CRM functionality, plugins, workflows, business rules, entities, forms, views,



and dashboards.
- Build scalable and maintainable solutions using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Dynamics CRM development frameworks.
- Develop and customize applications using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, to support business workflows and process automation.
- Configure and extend Dynamics CRM modules while ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices and enterprise development standards.
- Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, JavaScript components, and server-side extensions where required.
- Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and performance improvements.
