What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate end-to-end Sales function — from prospecting to closure — for IT Talent Solutions (Contract, Full time Staffing, and Project-based needs).
- Research industry hiring trends and talent challenges to design and pitch scalable solutions.
- Build relationships with mid-to-senior level decision-makers in IT/Tech organizations and convert them into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, Branding, L&D;, Delivery) to present holistic workforce innovation solutions.
