About the Role:
- The Executive (Inside Sales) will be responsible for managing and nurturing an assigned portfolio of key customer accounts through proactive engagement and relationship management, focusing on retention, revenue growth,



current business development, issue resolution, and CRM accuracy.
- The incumbent will report to the National Key Accounts Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with allocated key accounts through scheduled calls and follow-ups.
Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs.
Ensure every assigned customer receives proactive engagement as per defined frequency.
- Account Retention & Renewals

Drive timely renewal of customer contracts.
Follow up on upcoming contract expiries.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth renewal execution.
Reduce customer churn through proactive engagement.
