ServiceNow ITAM Developer specializing in SAMPro and HAMPro to manage asset lifecycle, compliance, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAMPro and HAMPro

• Configure software asset lifecycle, normalization, reconciliation

• Manage hardware asset lifecycle (procure to retire)

• Ensure license compliance and optimization

• Integrate asset data with CMDB, procurement, and discovery

• Create reports and dashboards

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in SAMPro and HAMPro

• Understanding of software licensing and compliance models

• Experience in asset lifecycle workflows

• Knowledge of CMDB and ITOM integration

• Scripting and customization skills

Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred)

• ✅ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory

• ✅ Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) – Mandatory

• ✅ Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) – Preferred
