About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Associate Accountant to join our Finance team in India. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, compliance, and statutory reporting for our India entity.
You'll work closely with senior finance leaders to ensure financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant with Indian statutory requirements, GAAP, and company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a cooperative,
fast-paced environment and wants to build broad experience across accounting, tax, and compliance.
What You'll Do
Accounting Operations
- Process daily accounting transactions and support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of accounting data.
- Support monthly financial reporting and audit requirements.
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and monitor supplier payments within the ERP system.
- Support banking administration activities, including FIRC documentation and other banking-related requirements.
Tax & Compliance
- Prepare supporting data for statutory and tax-related activities, including:

- Provident Fund (PF)
