We are seeking an Associate Manager, US Payroll Service Delivery to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will help ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll services, with main responsibility for supporting United States payroll operations while contributing to global payroll initiatives. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll vendors, and business partners to drive payroll accuracy,



regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role offers an chance to contribute to a high-performing payroll organization while supporting process standardization, audit readiness, and exceptional employee experience.

- Support end-to-end US payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for employees across the organization.
- Perform payroll data validation, reconciliations, audit checks, approval workflows, and issue resolution activities to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
