The Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITAM,



CMDB & Integrations will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that enhance visibility, automation, governance, and control across IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes.

This role will focus on maintaining CMDB integrity, supporting governance and compliance initiatives through accurate asset data management, and developing scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms such as Coupa, SailPoint, SuccessFactors, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) aligned with enterprise processes and software license compliance.
- Maintain and improve the CMDB by ensuring accurate CI relationships, normalization, reconciliation, and lifecycle management.
