Role Summary
We are looking for a Treasury Management Business Analyst with hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud (Cash Management & Payments) and enabling investment and borrowing lifecycle management. The candidate will translate treasury business needs into robust process and system designs, drive integrations with banks and market data providers, and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements (e.g., Ind AS 109/IFRS 9, FEMA/RBI where applicable).

Investment Instruments Covered (Front-to-Back Lifecycle)
Short-Term / Cash Equivalents
- Money Market Deposits / Term Deposits (TDs) – creation, rollover, break-cost rules, interest accrual, maturity accounting.
- Commercial Paper (CP) – purchase accounting, discount amortization, valuation.
- Certificates of Deposit (CD) – purchase, interest accrual, maturity/redemption.
- Treasury Bills (T-Bills) – discount amortization (effective interest), valuation.





Fixed Income & Debt Securities
- Government & Corporate Bonds – coupon accruals, amortization of premium/discount, fair valuation, corporate actions.
- Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) – accruals, amortization, valuation, covenant tracking.

Funds & Collective Investments
- Mutual Funds / Liquid Funds / Money Market Funds – NAV-based valuation, dividend reinvestment, exit loads, liquidity limits.

FX & Derivatives (for Risk Management)
- FX Spot/Forward/Swap – deal capture, mark-to-market (MTM), hedge designation, effectiveness testing.
- Options (FX/Interest Rate, where applicable) – premium recognition, valuation, hedge accounting.
- Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) – cash flow hedge vs. fair value hedge setup, accruals/MTM, effectiveness measurement.

Other
- Intercompany Investments / Loans – terms tracking, accruals, eliminations, transfer pricing.
- Structured Products – policy-driven evaluation and control;
