Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for global clients. The ideal candidate will play a technical leadership role, ensuring high-quality implementations, mentoring team members, and collaborating with onshore stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions across modules such as:
- ITSM and ITOM
- Provide architecture guidance and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainability and scalability
- Drive technical design discussions with onshore/offshore teams

Development & Implementation
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
- Server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes)
- Client-side scripting (Client Scripts, UI Policies)




- Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
- Build and maintain integrations using:
- REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server
- Implement enhancements, workflows, forms, SLAs, catalog items, and reports
- Perform instance upgrades, patching, and cloning activities

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Onsite lead and product owners
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Act as a primary offshore point of contact for technical delivery

Delivery & Governance
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality and minimal defects
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain proper documentation (design docs, KT, runbooks)

Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Build and manage a high-performing offshore t
