Hiring: Phone sales manager – Service to Sales Channel

Channel- Services to Sales (S2S)

CTC: ₹3.25 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Role Overview:

This role involves both customer servicing and life insurance sales. The candidate will handle existing customers, resolve their service queries, and identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide end-to-end customer service for existing policyholders.

* Generate life insurance sales through customer interactions.

* Cross-sell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.





* Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent service.

* Coordinate with branch teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Age upto 34
- Valuable communication, customer handling, and sales skills.
- Local candidates preferred.
