As a Product Manager in Consumer and community banking, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a solid commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, target users, success measures,



and multi-quarter roadmap for platform and framework capabilities.
- Own backlog management end-to-end, including intake, discovery, prioritization, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
- Prioritize investments using quantitative and qualitative inputs such as adoption trends, user feedback, incident learnings, performance data, and support themes.
- Drive alignment across engineering, architecture, and senior stakeholders, facilitating trade-offs across risk, timelines, usability, and technical design.
- Translate ambiguous needs into clear, testable requirements and deliver iterative value through close partnership with engineering.
- Establish platform-level expectations for resiliency, including fault tolerance, graceful degradation, and testing practices that validate reliability under stress.
